URGENTLY NEEDED

Looking for an immediate, powerful, and meaningful way to help the homeless? Recovery Program Solutions of Virginia (RPSV) is in urgent need of tarps for the homeless to keep their possessions dry, Bus tokens to help the homeless travel to our centers with ease, Volunteers to help the homeless find our services. 
 
The need is urgent and exceptional! You are welcome to bring items by our program sites across the county (we are located in Annandale, Merrifield, Reston, and South County Alexandria). As a nonprofit organization, RPSV welcomes both financial and in-kind donations to support those it serves. If you can help, please do so. You will find our most urgent in-kind needs below.

NEEDED IN-KIND DONATIONS 

Food for daily meals or snacks at our four open centers (items such as pasta, sauce, canned goods such as soup or tuna, fresh vegetables, and fruit, crackers, peanut butter, snack bars)

Toiletry items, ranging from liquid and bar soap, no-rinse shampoo, and conditioner, wipes, toothbrushes/toothpaste/floss, deodorant, hygiene products for women

PPE‘s such as hand sanitizer and masks for participants and staff at our Recovery Centers

Pots, pans, and other kitchen items (e.g., spices, hand soap)
